The Duncan's and The Peroff's, 28th Apr 2012

Stayed there Australia Day weekend 2012. Had a fantastic time and the weather was great. We hired pedal carts for the kids in between swimming and jumping pillow sessions. When a massive storm hit unexpectedly, the Management couldn't do enough for their guests, braving the storm themselves, making sure everyone was OK and helping afterwards with the clean up. So impressed with the prompt and efficient service, we joined the Discovery club that weekend and look forward to heading back for a winter break

I was impressed with the overall site & only had one fault, that it was rather crowded, I know it was a long weekend but felt squashed into one little area by the toilets. I loved the area & even with my complaint & would love to return to the caravan park again.

What a great place to stay, and the owners are lovely people. We were welcomed warmly, and when we got rained out there was not a problem getting a cabin. Do yourself a favour and go there and have a great time thank you

Nothing was too much trouble for you.

Water Trampoline

WATER TRAMPOLINE & NEW AQUA LAUNCH

The water trampoline is the best family fun available in the Riverland and now we also have a new aqua launch, for the uninitiated it is an 8 metre circular tube with a trampoline base across the top. Attached is a catapult for the children to be launched into the water by their more heavy less fit dads. This is wet, water fun for the whole family.

Solar Heated Pool

Enjoy the day lazing by the pool, watch the kids frolic in the water.

The 2012 Big River Nationals will again be held at the Barmera Exhibition Centre located on the Sturt Highway Barmera in the Riverland region of South Australia.

History
In April 2006 the inaugural Big River Regional Street Rod Nationals were held in the Riverland region of South Australia. Hosted by the locally based Riverside Rodders Club and organized and promoted by an enthusiastic committee of South Australian Hot Rodders, the event was an outstanding success.

Early in the planning stages the decision was made to expand the types of vehicles eligible for entry. This meant not only were Australian Street Rod Federation class vehicles (Hot Rods, Customs and Classics) accepted, but also Australian and American Classic and Performance cars and Street Machines up to 1972, as well as Special Interest vehicles at the discretion of the committee.
